Uninstall Live Messenger, The go to microsoft.com and download MSN Messenger 7.5
This could be difficult because I think that version is no longer being distributed w/ current versions of windows.

Do a search for it online, if you can not download it then goto someone who has it and email the executable to yourself. It will probably be something like messenger.exe.
