I would uninstall both Windows Messenger and Yahoo 7 Messenger. Then I would download and install YIM v. 8 Beta w/Voice. That is just the natural order of things I have been trained to follow.

It should work if you go to settings and select a camera from the drop down list
open MSN and click tools%26gt; web-cam settings

I share files with my friends on Windows Live Messenger.One day I was sending a report to them,and the transfer was only like 1KBps or 2KBps!And I was only sending to them 1 document and nothing else.I tried it with different ppl,and I got thr same results.My Wireless Network is 54MBps,and why is the transfer still so slow?My friends are using boradband connetions too.So what causes this and how can I make my file transfer rate faster?Previously,I can transfer files to my friends at very fast rates but now,I don't know what happened.When my friends send me files,the same thing happened!Please give me some advice to solve this problem.

Could be a couple of reasons but, my first guess would be that you dont have your correct port open in your settings of wireless

router. Check it out and make sure that your messenger does not require a tcp port to be assigned for faster downloads. Check it out.

maybe is yr connection is low ?or r u downloading other things or playing other things.if not go and check with yr service provider

No, despite what the other person says, it never shows you if the person has blocked you.

When they HAVE blocked you, they simply appear as offline even if they are online.

To check if someone has blocked you, you can try downloading an MSN block checker. However, there are dangers involved in this as some block checkers collect e-mails for spam, etc. Plus, no block checker can supposedly tell from an online person or a person that has blocked you.

Really, my advice is just simply don't do anything that will make the other person block you. Or talk to them in real life if you think they have a problem with you.

i dont kno why but i talk to this friend who has yahoo messenger and i would send messeges and he would get them and he would reply but i just wouldnt get the messeges at all and he got mad at me cuz i got mad cuz i thought he was ignorin me or sumthing but the truth is that the stupid windows messenger wasnt sendin the messeges to me...i dont kno why this is happening since i have the latest windows messenger....do you kno wat i can do to fix this problem??? thank u! =)
