It says to go to the Data Execution Prevention thing to allow windows to run it, and it won't work. I logged on to the messenger on the Administrator account on the computer and it worked fine, but I don't want to use the Administrator account, because of the high risk of viruses. So please can anyone help me?

you might a firewall blocking it. reinstall it it sounds like your missing files.
