how can i delete windwos live messenger
and i only have add programs and not remove programs

Strange if your OS is XP or Vista, It should be ADD/REMOVE programs in the Control Panel. You can Uninstall it there.
just click where it says add programs and it should take you to where you can remove live messenger.
it should give you that option.
