Windows Live Messenger acting peculiar...?

Hey, I've been using WLM recently and all of a sudden, it's like a normal MS Windows window...! Which I don't like! I like it how had the little grey buttons at the right top to close, minimise, maximise..

It's currently like this

I suggest that you un-install version 8 and go download version 7 or even 6.

i cant tell you why but i can tell you that mine was playing up as well earlier,it would not let me log off!!
you have more that 1 version downloaded, go to start%26lt; all programs%26lt; click on windows live messenger
