I just reformatted my system and want to reinstall msn, but after the live installer has downloaded and checked everything, it doesnt even try and install messenger it just straight away comes up with 'not installed' and a link saying get help with this, which offers no help at all. any ideas?

just try looking on the website, but for now just use msn web messenger (just google it)
