I always thought it was for free the Video Call option in WLM / MSN but reading some Windows page, I read something about the fees for the Video calls different from country to country. So is this a free service as the messenger itself or some fee must be paid everytime you make a Video call from this program??

It is free to do video sessions using MSN/WLM. even from country to another. Am not sure if they are planning to make it chargable but at the present time it is free.
