I love the contact search field where I can just type a few letters of my friend's name and quickly start a conversation with them. You can even do this from anywhere else on your computer just by typing Windows key +Y. Really cool!
I also like the avatar feature, and I hate the heavy blue UI of MSN. Plus you can't even drag the window all the way to the top of the screen. Annoying.
